Frequently asked questions
What permissions does the bot need?
Make the bot a channel admin with “Post messages”, “Edit messages” and “Delete messages”. To work with comments, the bot must also be an admin in the linked discussion group. Tezpost uses only the official Bot API and never signs in to your personal account.
Is my data safe?
You sign in only with Telegram; no passwords are stored. Bot tokens and API keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and media files are kept in private storage. Each team member sees and does only what their role allows.
What are the limits of the free plan?
Free plan limits: channels — 2, posts per month — 30, users — 1, automation runs per month — 50. The AI assistant is available on paid plans. There is no time limit.
How can I pay?
With Payme or Click, in Uzbek som. Billing is monthly (30 days) and you can prepay several months. There are no automatic charges — you get a reminder before your period ends.
How do I add team members?
Send an invite link, or add someone who has already signed in to Tezpost by their Telegram @username. Each project has its own role: manager, editor, approver or viewer.
Can I see post view counts?
No. The Telegram Bot API does not give bots view counts, and Tezpost works only through the Bot API. Instead, we show reactions, button clicks, comments, poll results and subscriber growth.
Do you support Instagram or other networks?
No, Tezpost is for Telegram only. That is why Telegram-specific features — albums, polls, inline buttons, auto-delete — are fully supported.
Can I connect my own bot?
Yes. Use the Tezpost bot or connect your own bot created in @BotFather, so posts and replies come from your bot’s name.
